काठमाडौँ : विभिन्न अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय खेलहरुमा रकमको लोभमा मिलेमतो गरी राज्यविरुद्धको अपराध गरेको मुद्दामा विशेष अदालतले आज राष्ट्रिय फुटबल टिमका पूर्व कप्तान सागर थापासहित ६ जनालाई सफाइ दिने फैसला गरेको छ।
तर सफाइ पाएका मध्ये एक पूर्व गोलकिपर रितेश थापाले म्याच फिक्सिङ भएको स्वीकारेको भिडियो पहिलोपोस्टले पाएको छ।
नेपालका केही खेलहरुको नतिजा शंकास्पद देखिएपछि एसियाली फुटबल महासंघ (एएफसी)ले स्पोर्टराडार, नेपाल प्रहरीको महानगरीय अपराध महाशाखा र युईएफएको इन्टिग्रिटी कमिटीको सहयोगमा एक वर्ष लामो अनुसन्धान गरेको थियो। सोही अनुसन्धानका क्रममा हिडन क्यामेरामा रितेश थापाको यो स्वीकारोक्ति रेकर्ड भएको हो।
थापा नेपाल प्रहरीको विभागीय टिमका गोलकिपरसमेत थिए। भिडियोमा उनले म्याच फिक्सिङ गर्नेहरुले डलरमा रकम दिने गरेको बताएका छन्।
अन्जन केसीहरुसँग म्याच फिक्सिङहरुको सम्बन्ध राम्रो भएको उनले बताएका छन्। बंगलादेशसँगको खेल जितेमा रकम पाउने भएकोमा अन्जनले मात्र रकम खाएको कुरा हल्ला भएपछि सबैका लागि ३ हजार डलर आएको उनले बताएका छन्। त्यो रकम त्यहाँ गएका सबै २० सै जना खेलाडीले बाँडेको पनि उनले भिडियोमा बताएका छन्।
'फिलिपिन्ससँगको म्याच रियल म्याच पनि हैन, फ्रेन्डली हो, हार्छ स्योर छ भनेपछि गर्दिउँ न त भनेर..' उनले भिडियोमा भनेका छन्।
फिलिपिन्ससितको खेलमा चार गोल खानुपर्ने फिक्सिङ भएको उनले सुनाएका छन्। 'पाँच गोल खायो भने हुँदैन फेरि', उनले सुनाएका छन्।

विशेष अदालतका अध्यक्ष न्यायाधीश बाबुराम रेग्मी र सदस्यद्वय प्रमोदकुमार श्रेष्ठ वैद्य र नारायणप्रसाद पोखरेलको इजलासले अन्जन के.सी., पूर्व गोलकिपर रितेश थापा र विकास सिंह क्षेत्री, फिजियोथेरापिस्ट डेजिब थापा पूर्व कप्तान सागर थापा र उपकप्तान सन्दिप राईलाई सफाई दिने फैसला गरेको विशेष अदालतका सहरजिस्ट्रार नगेन्द्रकेशरी पोखरेलले जानकारी दिए।
पूर्व प्रशिक्षक अन्जन केसी भर्खरै सट्टेबाजीको आरोपमा पक्राउ परेका भए पनि धरौटी तिरेर रिहा भएका छन्।
२०७२ कात्तिक २२ गते उनीहरुविरुद्ध विशेष अदालतमा मुद्दा दर्ता भएको थियो। नेपाली राष्ट्रिय फुटबल टिमबाट नेपाल राष्ट्रको प्रतिनिधित्व गरी नेपालको झण्डा र राष्ट्रिय गानको सपथ खाई फुटबल खेल्दा अवैध अन्तराष्ट्रिय एजेन्टहरुसँग साँठगाँठ गरी म्याच फिक्सिङ गरी खेल हार्ने योजना बनाई रकम लिएको दावी गर्दै यो कसुर अपराध राज्यविरुद्धको (अपराध र सजाय) ऐन, २०४६ को दफा ३ को उपदफा ३.१ अनुसार राष्ट्र विप्लपको कसूर अपराध गरेको भन्दै सोही ऐनको दफा ३.१ बमोजिम जन्मकैदको सजाय हुन मागदावी लिइएको थियो।
यो मुद्दा दर्ता गर्दासम्म म्याच फिक्सिङबारे नेपालमा कुनै कानुन बनिसकेको थिएन। त्यसैले राज्यविरुद्धको अपराधमा मुद्दा चलाइएको थियो।
अपराध महाशाखाले अनुसन्धानपछि जारी गरेको विज्ञप्तिमा सन् २००८ मा मर्डेका कपमा अफगानिस्तानसँग २–२ गोलको बराबरी खेल खेल्ने सर्तमा प्रति खेलाडीहरुले पाँच हजार डलर लिएको, सन् २००९ को साफमा ३ हजार डलर लिएको, सन् २०११ मा मलेसियासँगको मैत्रिपूर्ण खेलमा २–० ले खेल हार्ने सर्तमा प्रति खेलाडी ५ हजार डलर लिएको, सन् २०११ मा फिलिपिन्ससँग भएको मैत्रीपुर्ण खेलमा ४–० ले हार्ने सर्तमा प्रति खेलाडीले ५ हजार डलर लिएको, सन् २०१२ मा भारतमा भएको नेहरु कप अन्तर्गत क्यामरुनसँग ४–० ले हार्ने सर्तमा फिक्सिङ भए पनि खेलको अन्ततिर गोल किपर रितेश थापाको ठाउँमा खेलाडी परिवर्तन हुँदा ५–० गोलले हारेकोले रकम नपाएको, सन् २०१४ मा कोरियामा भएको यु २३ मा खेल हार्ने शर्तमा प्रति खेलाडी ५ हजार डलर लिएको उल्लेख गरेको थियो।
नेपालको अदालतले सफाइ दिए पनि एएफसीले भने यी खेलाडीहरुलाई आजीवन प्रतिबन्ध लगाउने निर्णय गरिसकेको छ। यो निर्णयविरुद्ध यी खेलाडीहरुले गरेको अपिलसमेत सन् २०१६ मा खारेज भइसकेपछि उनीहरुको प्रतिबन्ध कायमै रहेको छ।
